S2A Modular’s chief revenue office Dean DeLisle flew into the area at 1 a.m. Friday morning for a groundbreaking ceremony nine hours later at the roughly 50-acre, semi-cleared property the California-based modular home builder bought last year from the Baker County Development Commission for $695,000.
