With more than three decades of experience across corporate finance, investment banking, manufacturing, and real estate, Tom brings a proven track record of helping high-growth organizations strengthen financial operations while positioning them for sustainable expansion.
Throughout his career, Tom has partnered with executive leadership teams to enhance financial reporting, optimize working capital, implement sophisticated ERP and financial systems, and develop long-term strategic plans that support scalable growth and capital investment.
Prior to joining S2A Modular, Tom served as Chief Financial Officer of OMW, a leading supplier to SpaceX, where he helped guide the company’s financial growth and operational strategy. He also served as CFO of Wunder-Mold, a leading manufacturer of advanced technical ceramics, where he led multi-year growth initiatives, ERP implementations that improved cost accounting and production visibility, secured equipment financing and credit facilities, and managed successful capital raises that attracted institutional investors.
Earlier in his career, Tom founded and led Strategic Business Plans, an outsourced CFO and Controller practice serving emerging-growth companies across the consumer, technology, manufacturing, and real estate sectors. During that time, he advised numerous companies on financial strategy, capital planning, and operational excellence – including organizations within the modular housing industry.
Tom’s financial leadership also includes distinguished roles at some of the world’s most respected financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Eastdil Secured, Hambrecht & Quist, and J.P. Morgan. Throughout his investment banking career, he worked on private placements, initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions, and complex financing transactions for growing businesses.
Tom earned his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and his bachelor’s degree from Amherst College.
