The S²A Modular Builders Series homes are affordable, modern floor plans built using just two modules for maximum efficiency. Floor plans range in size from 1100± sq. ft. to 2100± sq. ft. and come with mid-grade finishes and basic features. Builders Series Homes are perfect for developers creating affordable housing in their areas or a simple, single family residence.
