The S²A Modular Builders Series homes are affordable, modern floorplans built using just two modules for maximum efficiency. Floorplans range in size from 1,100 to 2,100 square feet and come with mid-grade finishes and basic features. Builders Series Homes are perfect for developers creating affordable housing in their areas or a simple, single family residence.

Smart home technologies, energy efficient components as well as solar and battery can be added to either series as part of our Energy System package. This package can be customized and upgraded based on your kilowatt requirements.

Pricing for Builders Series homes begins at $189 per square foot and pricing for orders of 50 units or more starts at $149 per square foot.   

**Please Note: California residents will need to include at least the minimum Energy System package due to the state mandate requiring new homes be equipped with a solar energy system.
