Every home is different and completely customizable. We can build anything from a sub 1,000 square foot Grandmother/Mother-in-Law Unit to a 10,000+ square foot mansion. With that said, the starting price is as low as $125.00 per square foot for the Model A series, and $165.00 per square foot for the GreenLux series, amounting to the total cost being 10-30 percent lower than a traditional site built homes. Two S²A MegaFactories are currently in varying stages of construction and will come online in 2020. We have plans to break ground with the first homes being built in late 2020 and 1st quarter 2021. In the meantime we have contracted factories across the nation that can build now.
