All S²A Modular homes come with an industry-standard, one-year structural warranty from the factory included in the per-square-foot cost of each home. Our #GreenLuxHome series also includes an optional 2-10 year structural warranty in the per square foot price. This additional warranty option will be offered as an upgrade for our Builders Series with the cost noted as a line item on the conceptual budget. Both our Builders Series and #GreenLuxHome Series include manufacturer’s warranties for appliances and interior features, as well as energy tax credits, if applicable.
