PATTERSON, CA (Oct 4, 2023) S2A Modular has been doing public factory tours for several months now and due to the overwhelming demand, are expanding to twice a month.
The Patterson, California factory has been offering tours on the third Saturday of every month and a waiting list has built up, so an executive decision was made to add additional days to accommodate the demand. This has allowed folks who previously could not attend a chance to see the factory.
Brian Kuzdas, co-founder and CEO, who has been present at some of these stated “The attendees are engaged and love walking the 26 stations, seeing complete modular builds and observing the first ever off-grid factory in the US.”
Dean DeLisle, Chief Revenue Officer, stated, “It’s great to see so many people engaged during and after the tour, it allows people to see how their homes are going to be assembled prior to ordering. We are seeing an influx of new orders from the tours.”.
S2A Modular is also considering having a separate tour available for builders and developers and should be announcing that sometime in the new year.
