In his new role, Lance will oversee multiple facets of the modular homebuilding process, including plant management, design engineering, construction integration, and supply chain and logistics operations. His leadership will play a pivotal role as S2A Modular continues its national expansion and prepares for its public offering in 2027.
Lance previously served as Chief Design Officer, where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s groundbreaking modular designs and construction efficiencies. As S2A Modular’s longest-serving team member, Lance brings unmatched expertise, innovation, and hands-on experience to his new position.
