A Different Approach to Rebuilding in Altadena
Rebuilding involves many moving parts, from selecting a design to preparing a property for construction. S2A Modular’s factory-built process allows home construction and approved site work to progress at the same time.
While the home takes shape inside our Patterson, California MegaFactory, crews can work on the foundation and other site preparations. That overlap can help shorten the construction schedule, with actual timing depending on permitting, site conditions, production scheduling, and project scope.
Our California state-approved home plans also provide a starting point for the process. Local, site-specific approvals are still required, including those related to the property, foundation, and utility connections.
During the grand opening, visitors can learn how those pieces come together and what the next steps could look like for their property.
