Patterson, CA — S2A Modular is proud to announce the appointment of Ranse Gale as its new Director of Sales, effective May 1, 2025. Based at the company’s state-of-the-art MegaFactory in Patterson, California, Ranse will lead the national sales division and support S2A Modular’s continued growth in the modular home industry.
With more than 25 years of experience in the housing sector, Ranse Gale brings a deep wealth of knowledge, passion, and proven leadership to the role. His career includes helping hundreds of families achieve homeownership through personalized service and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
Previously, Ranse served as the youngest General Manager and partner of California’s largest manufactured home dealership—earning numerous accolades including “Customer Satisfaction” and “Dealership of the Year” for four out of five consecutive years. His dedication to integrity and customer care has been a hallmark of his success.
In 2007, Ranse launched his own dealership, expanding his focus to include both manufactured and modular homes. He is also a licensed General Contractor, with extensive experience in escrow, finance, permitting, and onsite construction. Over the years, he has personally overseen the installation of hundreds of factory-built homes.
