Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced operations manager to come grow with us. Ideal candidates will possess prior modular or offsite construction and proven success managing multiple departments. Candidates will be highly skilled in construction, manufacturing, human resources, scheduling and project completion.
Additionally, a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, inclusion, growth, and success with your team is a plus. The ultimate goal is to obtain operational excellence in the facility.
